America's favorite giraffe, who became an Internet sensation last year when millions of people spent months tuned in to a live stream waiting for her to give birth, has another bun in the oven and the live stream is up and running. April and her calf, Tariji, are still living at the Animal Adventure Park in Harpursville, New York.
The zoo's owner, Jordan Patch, shared the big news this morning on the Today show. He says the typical pregnancy for a giraffe is about 15 months and they expect April to give birth around March. He added that Oliver the Giraffe is again the father.
