Fast Food French Fries Ranked!

An item you can find at every fast food restaurant is French fries! They're the perfect side for burgers and chicken nuggets. Every restaurant's fries come in different shapes, classic, crinkle. curly, waffle, and more. A restaurant's fries can make or break a meal. Delish tried all of them and ranked, here is their list:

  1. Checker/Rally's: A surprising winner! These beer battered fries are well-seasoned, crispy, and packed with flavor. You can even find them in the freezer aisle.
  2. McDonald's: Iconic for a reason. Always crispy, perfectly salted, and best enjoyed fresh out of the fryer.
  3. Raising Cane's: They do crinkle-cut right, crispy, fluffy, and salty. Plus, anything dipped in Cane's sauce is automatically delicious!
  4. Chick-fil-A: These fries actually taste like real potatoes. The waffle shape is ideal for crispiness and perfect for dunking in their sauces.
  5. Five Guys: No shortage of fries here, expect extra fries in your bag. They're flavorful fries but can feel a bit heavy.
  6. Wendy's: A solid choice for skin-on fries. However, they sometimes lack crispiness and can taste overly starchy.
  7. Burger King: These are decent, crispy and salty, but Burger King has some better side options.
  8. Arby's: One of the only curly fries on this list. Unfortunately, the frying technique leaves a weird film on your tongue.
  9. Taco Bell: A unique take on fries, thanks to the signature seasoning blend. Tasty, but not your classic fast-food fry.
  10. Shake Shack: In theory, their crinkle-cut fries should be amazing, but the oiliness holds them back.
