The Connecticut Department of Public Health is recommending that all Connecticut residents over the age of 2 wear masks in indoor public spaces, regardless of vaccination status.
Middlesex County has become the seventh county out of eight in Connecticut to be classified as having “Substantial Transmission” of COVID-19.
CT DPH said in a recent press release that, "While Litchfield county does not currently meet the threshold, the likelihood is high that they will soon meet the threshold, and therefore universal masking indoors is an important precaution." (CT DPH)
