Protect Yourself from Those Sun Rays!
- Be mindful of your sun exposure – sun rays are at their strongest in the spring and summer!
- Wear a shirt of UV protective layers when in the sun for long periods of time
- Use sunscreen with broad spectrum protection with SPF values of 30 or higher
- Wear protection such as a hat and sunglasses
- Avoid tanning beds and sun lamps
