March is National Women's History Month. Renee will have a special live stream coming up on Monday at two for International Women's Day. LT Gov. Bysiewicz will be part of the show and so will Adrianna Robles. She owns Pastry Good Morning Cupcakes in Milford.
Wallet Hub has their new ranking of the Best & Worst States for Women. They have their own special formula that looks at indicators and factors, I think like 26 in total including earnings, preventative healthcare, the amount of businesses owned by women just to name a few.
The BEST state in the country...its a cold one. Minnesota. Actually the top 4 are all chilly! Minnesota, Maine, Vermont & North Dakota. Connecticut didn't make the top ten but we're not far behind. We came in #15
WORST state in the country for women (according to Wallet Hub) Mississippi.
