I watched this with as much objectivity as I could. It's the job of the interviewer to make your interviewee feel comfortable and let them lead the way and reveal as much of themselves as they feel comfortable.
Usually the best interviews are when the connection is real and the person will reveal just as much without being made to feel blame or shame.
