Connecticut's Governor Lamont signed an order that expands unemployment benefits for workers who were impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.
This money will help those who may need it the most.
These are people were getting less than $100 a week in unemployment benefits.
The governor signed the executive order so they can qualify for an additional $1,800.
