* Police searches require consent and cannot ask drivers to search their car if they have been stopped for only a motor vehicle violation.
* Police will now have the duty to intervene and are required to step in if they are witness to another officer using excessive force, illegal or unreasonable force
*Stiff penalties for falsely reporting a crime based on race and police determine it was racially motivated
* Nail Techs can start applying for licenses
