What Journey Home is Doing to End Homelessness
Journey Home's mission is to accelerate progress toward ending homelessness in Connecticut's Capital region. We introduce innovative programs, pathways, and projects, and coordinate their implementation in partnership with many social services organizations, government agencies, and others it takes to get the job done. Journey Home implements the philosophy of solving homelessness, rather than continuing to manage it. The end result is helping people who experience homelessness get into housing with the support services they need.
Working together, we can end homelessness.
All proceeds from this event will be used to continue the work that we do at Journey Home. Your support will allow us to continue to lead initiatives to end homelessness in Connecticut's Capital region. We hope you will join us in advancing this work.
