MORE WAYS to REDUCE HOLIDAY STRESS!!!!!!

I DON'T KNOW WHY....but the holiday stress is really getting to me this year! I wish I could just push FAST FORWARD on my life and open my eyes January 5th 2020 LOL. If you're in the same boat as me, here are some helpful tips to reduce stress during the holidays!

  • Set Priorities first. Do what's MOST IMPORTANT. The other stuff can wait!
  • Ask for help with difficult tasks on your to-do list. You're a lot stronger if you ask for help! It's TRUE!
  • Take a break from social media. THIS ONE IS HUGE!! Put the phone down for a while and watch a Hallmark Christmas Movie.
  • Listen to relaxing holiday music. Or listen to any type of relaxing music.
  • Take deep breaths. It's cliche...BUT IT WORKS!!!
  • Use simple grounding exercises. STAY HUMBLE and keep expectations in check.
  • Make time for yourself. We all need ME TIME! Make sure to set aside some time for yourself between now and January 1st!
