A classic city is being named the best place for a vacation.
Paris is the best vacation spot in the world according to new rankings by U.S. News and World Report which lists the "Best Places to Visit in the World." New Zealand's South Island, Rome, Tahiti and London take up the next four places on the list.
The rankings are determined by a combination of user votes and expert opinions. Where else do they recommend? Maui, Bora Bora, the Grand Canyon, and Yosemite National Park also made the list. New York City is at number 12 and San Francisco and Yellowstone also made the grade.
