Brock Lesnar’sheavily anticipated return to the UFC looks like it will not be happening.
And for those of you MMA Junkies who are saying what about all this talk over the past year about Lesnar returning to fight against Daniel Cormier and you WWE enthusiasts who saw the same Lesner hinting at an MMA return during his appearance at WrestleMania earlier this month—it’s done.
At least according to an ESPN report yesterday saying that the often-teased Lesnar return to the octagon will not be taking place and even included this not so cryptic quote from UFC prez Dana White:
“Brock Lesnar told me he’s done. He’s retiring.”
Yeah, good enough for me.
During his MMA career, Lesnar dealt with health issues such as diverticulitis, was suspended for a positive drug test, and retired twice. This would be his third and potentially his last retirement.
Pretty sure this one is going to stick.
