A pair of brothers are going to have to share fathering responsibilities for the same girl.
A judge in Brazil is ordering identical twin brothers to pay child support for a little girl who is the daughter of one of them. The men refuse to say which of them fathered the child and a DNA test was inconclusive because they're identical twins.
The judge said the men are depriving the girl of the right to know who her father is and ruled both men's names will be on the girl's birth certificate. The girl will receive twice as much as other children from the same economic background.
The men apparently thought they’d have to split a one father support payment every month, the judge outsmarted them by ordering them both to pay individually.
The brothers are said to have switched identities to date women.
