Charity Golf Tournament “Drive to Rebuild”
The Portuguese Club of Hartford needs our help rebuilding their club! Read below to learn about their story...
On December 23, 2017 our club was greatly damaged by an unexpected fire as we were preparing to celebrate New Year’s Eve. The fire was a devastating event that none of us will ever forget. Despite the loss, the Board of Directors immediately took charge to rebuild a more modern club that will better accommodate the needs of our current and future members. In the meantime, we have held events for our members keeping alive the traditions and activities of our club.
Here's how YOU can help!!
They're hosting a Golf Tournament on August 20th at Indian Hill Country Club and they want you to be there. For a $150 donation, there is 18 holes & golf cart at a private club (Indian Hill), all you can eat breakfast (hot & cold) and after-tournament luncheon (seafood, beef, pork, chicken, etc. Portuguese style) with unlimited beer, wine, and soft drinks. There will also be prizes and raffles.
