We all WANT to stay healthy during the holidays...but wanting and DOING are two very separate things! LOL! If you want to try and stay at least...a little on the healthy side during Christmas and New Years', try some of these tips!
- Get Up and Walk Around! Don't sit all day! Don't go shovel food into your face then plop down for the annual Christmas Story marathon. Get up and walk around. Go on a little walk if its not too cold out.
- Don't Choose Booze! We all know drinking too much is not good, especially during the holidays! Don't be YOUR family's COUSIN EDDY!
- Eat Normal Portions! Try and resist the temptation to OVEREAT! Take breaks from eating to let your food digest!
