REALISTIC New Years' Resolutions!

The KEY to keeping your New Years' Resolutions is easy...keep them SMALL and keep them simple!  First...KEEP YOUR GOALS SMALL!  You're not gonna do a 180 just like that.  So if your goal is to lose weight, don't start off by wanting to lose 20lbs...start at 5.

Next you wanna change ONE BEHAVIOR at a time!  If you have a lot of unhealthy behaviors and habits, don't change it all at once.  You'll fail.  Change one behavior...then when you're comfortable, you can move onto the next...but remember...1 step at a time!

AND DON'T BEAT YOURSELF UP!  If you're trying to quit smoking but you cave and need one, its ok!  Just do better the next day!
