Tori Spelling has yet to comment on reports her husband Dean McDermott had a one-night stand, but her actions seem to reveal a lot. The former 90210 star was spotted leaving a Benihana in Encino, CA, Sunday and she wasn’t wearing her wedding ring. And she certainly wasn’t excited about dealing with reporters. "When Tori came out of the restaurant she seemed stressed out and was not happy to see photographers," a source told E!. "She had her nanny with her to help with all the kids and she stayed tight-lipped when asked questions about Dean's infidelity. Tori did not make eye contact with anyone and just stared ahead." But it looks like Tori was sending a new massage on New Year’s Eve. While out on a burger run, she was clearly showing paparazzi that her ring was back on. She also posted a family photo where she clearly cuddling up to Dean.

The public’s reaction to Leonardo DiCaprio’s new film The Wolf of Wall Street has been decidedly mixed, with many feeling the flick is celebrating the over-the-top lifestyle of convicted stock swindler Jordan Belfort. But Leo doesn’t see it that way and says moviegoers are misunderstanding the film’s message. “I hope people understand we’re not condoning this behavior, that we’re indicting it,” he told Variety. “The book was a cautionary tale, and if you sit through the film, you’ll realize what we’re saying about these people and this world, because it’s an intoxicating one.”
