Harwinton Lions Concert for Sight
Two shows, one night, one ticket
On July 21, the Harwinton Lions Club will host its biggest fundraiser, the annual Concert for Sight. Proceeds benefit the Club's health and community advancement causes.
When: Saturday, July 21: Gates open at 2 p.m., music begins at 5:30 p.m.
Where: Harwinton Fairgrounds, 150 Locust Road, Harwinton, CT 06791; free on-site parking
Tickets: $25 in advance, $30 day of concert; kids 11 and under free; available from Harwinton Lions Club members, the Warner Theatre (860-489-7180), and other outlets (look for large signs at businesses in Harwinton, Torrington, Burlington, and Canton where you can buy tickets)
Bring your chairs, blankets, picnic, family and friends (but no pets, please)
Food will also be available for purchase from Reubens to Cubans, Ken's Fried Dough and Fries, and an ice cream truck.
