WOW!!! Someone on the Bloomfield Town Council ordered a $49 hamburger and charged it to the town! But that's just the TIP of the iceberg! According to the Hartford Courant, the entire council spent $2,500 of taxpayer money on HUGE meals during this years' budget season...and they went to town (LITERALLY) Salmon oreganata, lobster ravioli, pan-seared salmon, and the daddy of them all, the $49 “Heart Attack Burger,” dripping with truffles and duck liver! OMG!!!!!!!
